Scheduling Fee
With all permanent cosmetic and restorative tattooing procedures there is $100 scheduling fee. This fee is applied to your follow up appointment, making the follow up only $100. This is nonrefundable. Please note that after 3 cancellations we reserve the right to retain any applicable fees and may refuse future service appointments.
With all medical spa services there is a 20% of service non refundable scheduling fee.

Products carry a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase.
All procedures are subject to a service tax and card transaction fees
